What is PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY

The central function of PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY is to help clients recognise their own strengths, discover what is preventing them from using their strengths, and clarify what kind of person they want to be.

The benefits of PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY are ongoing and unlike medication there are few side-effects and should not be addictive .

PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY gives a confidential space for the client to be and time for the client to give her or himself.

Sometimes circumstances cannot be altered, but through PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY,coping strategies and behavioural therapy, changes can be made, thus improving a quality of living and/or working.
